The Republic of Srpska Ministry of the Interior appeals to the drivers of motor vehicles to be cautious in the vicinity of schools and kindergartens, since the second semester begins on Monday, January 22, 2018, and the presence of children will increase. As in the previous years, on this occasion, police officers will be present in the vicinity of schools, and above all, undertaking preventive measures, try to lower the possibility of endangering of children in traffic. Also, police officers will regulate traffic as necessary, sanction the perpetrators of offenses and organize the removal of improperly parked vehicles. While performing their regular duties and tasks, on 14 January 2018 at 20:35, police officers of the Police Station Višegrad spotted three unknown persons in Vojvode Stepe Street in Višegrad. The officers established that these persons were migrants who were Pakistani nationals, HM, M.M. and R.H. In the morning of 15 January 2017 at 05:00, in the village of Kula, the municipality of Rudo, police officers of the Rudo Police Station found four migrants from Asia. They are T.A., WA, IM and GR, migrants from Afghanistan. All seven illegal migrants were handed over to the members of the BiH Border Police Station-Field Unit East in Višegrad for further investigation.
