Milimir Doder was born on 04.02.1949 in place Kokorini, Gacko municipality. He completed the Faculty of Law in Banja Luka. Work biography:

- Centrotrans, Sarajevo (legal officer, Head of the Legal Department, OAL director, LO deputy director, a member of COAl Managing Committee, director).

- Jahorina insurance company (Head of the Branch Office Eastern Sarajevo),

- Republic Administration of Civil Protection ( Head of the Sector for legal, human resources and general affairs, director). He is married and has two children.
