He manages and organizes activities of the Office and takes care that tasks and assignments of the Office are performed in a legal, timely and efficient manner. He monitors organizational units of the Office, studies their problems, informs the Minister on the matter and suggests specific measures to be undertaken. He analyzes reports, information and other materials related to the instances of the internal affairs. He also performs certain protocol-related affairs consigned by the Minister.
